Über mich

Ich bin Angela Moussongui – leidenschaftliche Strukturgeberin, diplomierte Betriebswirtschafterin und seit über zehn Jahren im administrativen Bereich tätig.

In meiner Laufbahn habe ich Führungskräfte, internationale Teams, NGOs und Startups unterstützt – mit einem klaren Blick für Ordnung, Effizienz und das Wesentliche. Ich bringe Ruhe ins operative Tagesgeschäft und helfe dort, wo administrative Abläufe Zeit und Energie kosten.

 

Mit Shikumi habe ich mir einen lang gehegten Wunsch erfüllt: einen Raum zu schaffen, in dem Assistenz nicht nur funktioniert – sondern wirkt.
Der japanische Begriff Shikumi (仕組み) steht für Struktur und System – zwei Dinge, die nicht nur Unternehmen, sondern auch Menschen entlasten können.

Ich arbeite diskret, mitdenkend und lösungsorientiert. Meine Arbeit ist dann gut, wenn sie Ihren Alltag leichter macht – und Sie sich auf das konzentrieren können, was wirklich zählt.
