How does the collaboration work?
After your initial inquiry, we’ll start with a free 30-minute call to discuss your needs, priorities and expectations.
You’ll then receive a customised offer. Once you confirm – we will sign a confidentiality agreement – and we’re ready to begin.
What about Confidentiality?
Your trust is important to me. All information and data you share during our collaboration are treated with the highest level of confidentiality and care. This is especially crucial when working on sensitive projects, so you can feel secure throughout our partnership.
After the offer is sent and accepted, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be provided for your signature to formally ensure confidentiality.
How do we communicate day-to-day?
I communicate flexibly – by email, Slack, Microsoft Teams or phone.
I’m happy to work with whatever tools suit you best and keep communication smooth and efficient in the background.
How fast can tasks be completed?
Small tasks are typically completed within 1–2 business days.
For larger or ongoing projects, we agree on a clear and realistic timeline that fits your needs.
How are tasks handed over?
Task handovers can be done in whatever way suits you best –
whether by email, a short Teams video call, or a quick alignment chat. Additionally, I provide a shared folder for structured file exchange and task tracking.
When am I available?
I’m usually here for you Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (CET). If something urgent comes up or you’re working across time zones, we can always find a time that suits us both.
Are there any holiday periods?
Yes, I do take occasional breaks, too. Planned absences are communicated well in advance so we can ensure a smooth handover together.
What are my hourly rates?
My current hourly rate averages CHF 80.00, depending on the type and scope of the tasks. For recurring work, I offer fixed packages as well as custom packages.

What is the payment term?
Invoices are issued after the assignment is completed, typically at the end of the current month. The payment term is 14 days.

Is there a cancellation policy for packages?
I understand that needs can change. The specific cancellation terms for packages, especially longer-term commitments, are clearly detailed in the terms and conditions included with your offer. Is there a minimum booking requirement?
For one-time tasks, a minimum booking of 2 hours applies. For ongoing collaborations, the minimum commitment is 10 hours per month.
Do I create individual offers?
Yes, absolutely. After our initial conversation, you will receive a proposal tailored to your specific needs.
